A smoked-salmon-flavored vodka made by Alaska Distillery in Wasilla is shaking up the cocktail scene with a variety of savory drinks. It joins another meaty spirit not for the fainthearted: bacon-flavored vodka, from Black Rock Spirits in Seattle.
